I’ll bring your brand into the template using your colors, fonts, and logo. If you don’t have a logo yet, I’ll create a simple text-based logo for you.
I’ll carefully select stock images that complement your brand and specialty. If you have professional photos of yourself or your practice, I’ll incorporate those too.
I’ll set up the essential on-page SEO for your website, including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, and search-friendly page structure.

I customize
I’ll take it from here—writing your copy, personalizing your design, adding your content, and optimizing your website for search.
You review
You’ll review your finished website and share your feedback, and I’ll make one round of minor refinements before launch.
Launch
Once everything is approved and your final payment is complete, I’ll prepare your website for launch and send you a step-by-step Webflow guide to connect your domain and get your site live.

Once you secure your spot with your first payment, I’ll send a welcome email with your intake form. You’ll tell me about your practice, services, ideal clients, and brand, and once I receive your completed form and everything I need, your 7-day website build begins.
I’ll personalize Cherry with your colors, fonts, logo, images, copy, services, and practice details so it feels like your own. The overall layout and structure will stay true to the template you chose, with minor adjustments made where needed to fit your content.
No. Cherry gives us a professionally designed starting point, but I’ll customize it around your practice and brand. Your colors, fonts, images, copy, services, and other details will make the finished website uniquely yours.
That’s completely fine. I’ll customize the website around the services you actually offer, so you don’t have to use every page included in the template.
Additional pages beyond what's included are $150 each. If you need major layout changes, custom functionality, or something beyond the template's existing structure, I'll let you know whether it can be added to your project or if a custom website would be a better fit.
Yes. Your $1,100 investment covers my website customization and services, while your domain and Webflow hosting are paid separately. Since your website includes a blog, I recommend Webflow’s Premium Site plan, which includes the CMS you’ll need to manage and publish your blog posts. The plan currently starts at $25/month when billed yearly, paid directly to Webflow. Your domain is also purchased and renewed separately. I’ll guide you through setting everything up.
That’s not a problem. I’ll build your new website in Webflow and help you transition from your existing site when it’s time to launch. If you have content you’d like to keep, let me know in your intake form so I can determine what can be carried over.
Your website investment is split into two payments of $550. The first payment secures your spot and gets the project started. I’ll collect the remaining $550 once your website is complete and approved, before it goes live.
You do. Once the project is complete and your final payment has been made, the website will be transferred to your own Webflow account, giving you full ownership and control.
You’ll receive two weeks of post-launch technical support for questions or minor issues with your new website. If you’d rather not manage your website yourself, I also offer optional ongoing website support for $150/month, so I can continue taking care of updates for you.
