Not at all! While the structure is pre-made, we personalize your site with your logo, colors, fonts, images, and copy to reflect your unique brand and style.

You'll need to send in your content—like a personal, client-friendly bio (not a resume!), a good-quality headshot, and any images you'd like to include. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything ready yet—we can still move forward and launch your website within 7 days! Once you have your content ready, I’ll gladly update your site as part of the free two-week support period after launch.

Yes — you can sign up before we start.
If you already have a Webflow account, you can share your login details so I can build the website directly in your account. This reduces back and forth.

No — you can sign up later.
If you don’t have a Webflow account yet, I can build the website in my Webflow account and transfer it to you once you’ve signed up.

Either option works — I’ll guide you through the next steps so nothing feels confusing or overwhelming.

If you’d like to make additional updates or add more content after the two included revision rounds, I’m happy to help. Ongoing changes are available at an hourly rate of $30, and I’ll always let you know the estimated time before starting any extra work.

If you prefer ongoing support, you can also opt into a monthly website maintenance plan for $200, which covers regular updates and peace-of-mind support without needing to track hours.

No coding knowledge is required! Webflow is a user-friendly platform allows you to easily edit and update your website content without any technical expertise. We will provide helpful video tutorial and two-week free support to ensure you feel comfortable managing your site.

No. You should have it ready before we launch your website. Domains can be purchased from domain registrars like Namecheap (Disclosure: Affiliate link). For the hosting, please visit Webflow plans. You can either choose the Basic Plan or the CMS Plan (if you want a blog). You can also purchase your domain name inside your Webflow account. I will guide you on how to do that.

We’ll work closely with you to choose the best template that aligns with your vision. If you have specific requests, we can discuss customizations to ensure it fits your practice perfectly.

Not entirely—you don’t have to start from scratch. I’ll create the web copy for each section so your site attracts the right clients effectively. Before we begin, you’ll fill out a short Intake Form to help me capture your unique tone and voice. Of course, no one knows your work better than you, so you’re welcome to adjust the copy I provide to reflect your own words and style. You’ll also have 2 weeks of free support to make any edits along the way.

Due to the digital nature of our services, we don’t offer refunds once the project begins. However, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to make necessary adjustments during the design process.
